We, the members of the Supranational United Administration of Resources for Prosperity Improvement (S.U.A.R.P.I.), hereby declare our full commitment to the principles set forth below, as a way to understand our role in the world and to guide our collective and individual actions.
We affirm that human freedom and the prosperity of societies are based on the following pillars:
Ever since humans have existed, each person has had the ability to provide for their own food, or to do whatever they could to meet their family’s basic needs using their own resources, and independently.
The planet itself provides for the needs of any other animal species, since any animal in the wild can find its own food and meet its needs.
The same could be said of shelter or housing. Having a home in whatever form you choose to have or build it is an absolute and inalienable natural right.
Just as in the previous case, any animal can freely provide itself with the shelter that best suits its needs.
We seek, create, and demand for every person the independence to produce food and to obtain or build their housing freely and independently, with no restriction other than mutual respect for others.
These are the most basic needs of every human being, and they must be guaranteed; likewise, the means of fulfilling them must be fully permitted and made possible, and never limited or conditioned.
We are working and will continue to work to achieve this.
Education is a basic necessity for the natural development of any community and, of course, of each and every individual who makes it up.
Indeed, this specific aspect has been controlled in most of the world, transforming it not into a comprehensive and quality education tailored to the individual, but into a means of creating submissive individuals who are easily deceived and manipulated. They lack the judgment or knowledge to understand the world in which they live, and have no opportunity to act or pursue their activities in accordance with their desires and their best abilities.
Both private and governmental interests destroy the highest ideals of education and culture, turning it into a form of instruction useful only for economic interests, lobbies, and closed-minded power groups, or simply as a means to spread doctrines and create slaves with a deep-seated sense of learned helplessness.
We seek, create, and demand for every individual a good, quality education, with a broad and accurate understanding of culture and knowledge, as this can only bring benefits to humanity.
We firmly believe that current educational systems destroy creativity and individual abilities, and do no good for humanity as a whole. They can be successfully replaced by something better.
We are working and will continue to work to achieve this.
Whenever we hear about social problems, we also hear about certain programs designed to combat these problems.
These programs—and the organizations that promote or implement them—appear to be noble and well-intentioned. But sadly, time has shown that, in most cases, they are neither.
As proof of their futility, no “social program” or “charitable organization” has managed to eradicate these social problems. On the contrary, these problems increase or become entrenched over time.
Today’s world is accustomed to speaking of society as a general and abstract concept. Consequently, societies are treated as a collective based on general statistics.
Therefore, people not only become a number, but they also become invisible, shrouded in a larger disguise—that of “Society” as an impersonal concept—which contains its components but forgets them as individual beings with personal problems and needs.
This cannot be the case. Because it does not correspond to reality as it is. And the reality is that all human societies are, in fact, a collection of concrete, individual beings.
We do not believe that a society can achieve well-being when its individual members do not have well-being on their own.
We seek, create, and demand for; we promote and defend all social programs or activities capable of restoring this dignity to humanity. If we can help build just and balanced individuals, society as a whole will be fair and balanced.
We are working and will continue to work to achieve this.
The field of energy in all its forms is probably one of the most tightly controlled sectors worldwide.
We can see all around us how this control operates, limiting, restricting, and complicating every person’s access to the total amount of energy they might claim or need, to be used for whatever purposes they may require.
Everyone should have free and unlimited access to the total amount of energy they may need at any given moment.
We believe this is a logical matter, considering that the total amount of available energy is conceptually infinite, and that energy is neither created nor destroyed, but only transformed to make it available and useful in the form and for the purpose in which it may be needed.
Therefore, no one should believe that the amount of available energy is limited, since that is not true, and this makes people dependent on powerful interests and lobbies whose primary concern is not human beings, but rather financial gain and the power to control others.
This has only one name: Slavery. And it cannot be tolerated.
Knowing this, inaction would make us silent accomplices to this tragedy. Doing nothing when we could act would make us just as guilty as those who maintain this lie as a control mechanism.
We seek, create, and demand for every person an unlimited amount of energy to meet whatever their energy needs may be.
This is undoubtedly the primary foundation of freedom and prosperity, and is therefore a fundamental pillar and an indispensable goal. It is also the foundation of any necessary engineering, whether individual or collective.
We are working and will continue to work to achieve this.
Early humans made their tools with their own hands. Today, our tools have become more complicated to build than those that could be made in simple ways.
But humans have a powerful brain capable of imagining absolutely marvelous things—inventions, machines, solutions…
The problem, generally speaking, is that these silent geniuses cannot bring their mental creations to life, because the capacity for manufacturing complex operations is limited to a few hands, or is more expensive than what would be affordable.
This becomes a problem when innovation cannot be brought to life to serve the needs that gave rise to it.
It is not only a major problem but also a setback for all of humanity that needs to be resolved. Those ideas and innovations cannot simply be lost, forgotten, deteriorate, or vanish.
Missing the opportunity to bring a mental creation to life is always a shame and a great loss for humanity as a whole. That is how we see it.
We seek, create, and demand for manufacturing capabilities to be within reach of everyone, anywhere in the world.
We are working and will continue to work to achieve this.
In accordance with the principle of access to the production of intellectual creations, the ability to make those creations available to others is essential for the proper growth and development of the people who create them.
For a person can create things not only for themselves but also for others. If a creation or activity is useful to one person, it can surely be useful to others.
In addition to the possibility of free sharing or altruistic giving, the ability to trade goods and services is the universal means of obtaining resources to meet other needs, and it is a common and useful practice, used from ancient times to the present day.
But restrictions such as closed markets, customs duties, various types of conditions and limitations, and of course, the interference of lobbies and the states themselves, collectively ensure that the laws of supply and demand do not balance in accordance with natural and real needs.
Some shady marketing techniques also create false demands or expectations that are far from aligning with reality and the natural needs for certain products and services, doing a disservice to self-regulated free trade and, in the process, making it very difficult to understand the real needs that exist in the world.
It is common and routine to see surpluses of products left in storage, losing their added value, or ending up rotten—as in the case of food—because it is difficult to meet distant demand. Or simply because no one in the production sector knows that such demand exists elsewhere.
In the case of services, something similar happens, because it may be that a service is needed somewhere where there are too many complications or restrictions to provide it.
All of this is a useless waste of energy, effort, resources, time, and money. Therefore, it is anti-economic, and even anti-ecological and anti-social—which is the same as saying it is anti-human.
We seek, create, and demand for free trade as a healthy component of global wealth that enables individuals to achieve economic independence.
Furthermore, it acts as a filter for ideas. It measures the success of these ideas or products.
Therefore, we promote all fair free-trade initiatives, and we are keenly interested in identifying matches between supply and demand wherever they may occur.
We are working and will continue to work to achieve this.
Since the Industrial Revolution and the economic growth centered on the manufacturing sector, human health has been subjected to various types of toxins, resulting in new health problems for humanity, including allergies and diseases that are relatively new and have no historical precedent. Nothing like this has ever been seen or recorded before.
The lack of professional ethics in the conduct of many companies and public entities related to health, and a narrow, materialistic view of humans as if they were machines, does nothing to promote better health. This is especially evident in pharmaceutical companies focused on the profits of their products rather than on the holistic health of people. And we won’t even mention all sorts of diseases or so-called epidemics that are purely fabricated.
On the one hand, we are supposed to have the best scientific advances in health and medicine, but on the other hand, there are now more people in poor health and more health problems than ever before.
Health is considered not as a natural state, but as a privileged state, and of course, many people around the world are unable to obtain basic medical care or real solutions to their problems.
The entire approach to modern medicine—even though modern surgery and certain medications are truly marvelous advancements—is based on treating symptoms while ignoring the underlying causes. Just as the industry’s focus is on profit and financial gain.
To complete this disastrous picture, medical care is dehumanized by not allowing professionals to provide genuine care to their patients, given that the time they can devote to investigating each individual’s case is limited.
The tragedy of this reality becomes evident when a human being is not even allowed to decide about their own life, or which medical treatment they prefer, or is simply not given any options.
We know where all this comes from and why, and for that very reason we reject those who call themselves scientists yet lack the scientific method and act with a narrow-minded understanding, just as we reject those who do not understand human health in a holistic way and do not believe in easy, inexpensive, natural, or traditional methods of providing health.
We seek, create, and demand true health for humanity. All advances in that direction are of genuine interest to us. So we will pursue them, support them, and even sponsor them wherever our activities take us.
We are working and will continue to work to achieve this.
Now more than ever, we can think of this world as a single place, one that is growing smaller and more connected every day. We can reflect on the concept of the Global Village, where every place is connected and within reach of travelers, transportation, or communications.
But there are still major obstacles to the smooth movement of goods and services at a truly low cost. And for people in general, travel remains too expensive in terms of both time and money.
Free travel is also a highly sensitive issue due to certain territorial and political restrictions or biases. This is exacerbated when travel is not an individual matter, but rather a collective and disruptive strategy with associated demographic, cultural, and economic changes.
Thanks to technological advances, it is possible to completely transform the way we understand travel and the way we understand the shipment of goods and services.
In many cases, it is possible to increase speed or actually achieve this through automated means.
Our goal as a society must be to send anything anywhere, or to travel anywhere, in a way that is so cheap and so fast that anyone can do it, regardless of the amount to be sent or where your presence may be required. And yes. We will do everything possible to achieve this goal.
We seek, create, and demand for forms of transportation and delivery of goods and services, as well as modes of travel for humanity, that are fast and accessible to each and every person, granting them mobility, freedom, and autonomy, and bringing to each individual the prosperity they deserve, along with all associated benefits, without the limitations, restrictions, costs, and pollution associated with current forms of travel or transportation.
We are working and will continue to work to achieve this.
Human freedom is pitted against what is ostensibly established to defend it: the various legal codes and positive laws of individual states, as well as international commercial laws, and a sort of judicial system that defends and enforces these positive laws—set in stone, on paper… or with a pair of scissors.
In any case, these are contracts neither signed nor agreed to by the vast majority of individuals, and they are increasingly diverging from both ethics and natural law.
Over time, they have become a labyrinth that is insurmountable for many, and which, frankly, the average person does not understand. But they feel its weight, its fictitious obligations, and its glaring injustice.
In fact, the more powerful a state is, the more laws it has, the more restrictive they are, and the greater the injustice among its people.
In the vast majority of cases, people find themselves defenseless in practice, and are easily punishable and manipulable based on assumptions, legal fictions, and legal tricks.
We seek, create, and demand a high-level, timeless, and supra-state legal framework based on natural law and the most basic common ethics, as well as all the tools that can enable every individual to defend themselves within their own jurisdiction against the abuses of legal systems or their associated courts and agents, and that expose and contradict the false, self-proclaimed authorities and the artificial legal structures that sustain them.
We are working and will continue to work to achieve this.
The immense loss of freedom the world is suffering—which results in societies that have become enslaved without realizing or wanting it—stems primarily from fear.
Since fear is the adversary’s main weapon against humanity and against life itself, it becomes a tool of manipulation through coercion.
While fear is a defense mechanism in nature, prompting us to fight or flee, today it is the world’s primary problem and the main source of many others.
This is because people feel increasingly helpless and defenseless, not only against criminals or terrorists, but also in the face of political excesses, abusive state agents, unjust laws or situations, and even things that do not exist but which the media try to pass off as real threats.
In general, people are afraid of everything and everyone today, and it is a situation that some wish to be permanent, so they can continue to reap benefits and power, and continue to manipulate people at will.
If we seek for humanity to have true freedom and prosperity, and to be sufficiently autonomous and sovereign, we must remove fear from the equation, making it possible for everyone to have their own protection and defense so they can live their lives without fear.
We know there is a great difference between feeling protected and feeling vulnerable, just as there is a tremendous difference between being peaceful and being harmless, the latter being highly undesirable.
We seek, create, and demand that people feel protected and be masters and sovereigns of their own defensive systems, ensuring their physical invulnerability in every possible way, so that no one can threaten another and so that no one feels fear in the presence of another.
We are working and will continue to work to achieve this.
Restrictive economic controls and the lack of alternatives to the current system of fiat money creation, along with banking and financial speculation, combined with public and private money-creation processes and the fact that money is concentrated in the hands of a very few, are the source of nearly all the world’s problems in general, and of nearly all the individual beings who inhabit it.
Humanity’s freedom will not be possible unless every individual can freely create their own currency and secure their own economic resources through their intellect or effort.
Far from the apparent solutions of state-issued currencies, financial resets, social credits, universal basic income, cryptocurrencies, or false economic theories advocating for a supposedly free and egalitarian currency—or those based on trust networks or individual time—true financial freedom comes from having a form of real, tangible money that anyone can produce or obtain.
The currency that will set humanity free is nothing particularly novel or technological. And if there is to be a currency in the future for a free humanity, the unit of measurement for this real money will likely be the gram of some material commonly accepted for its utility and value across the length and breadth of this earth.
We seek, create, and demand for universal and tangible forms of money that anyone can obtain in the quantity they need for their purposes, honestly and without intermediaries.
We will also support secure systems for the transfer of currency and its application to commerce, backed by credit systems—understood as systems that ensure credibility for the parties regarding the monetary assets underpinning a commercial transaction and facilitate the swift exchange of these assets.
Money is the physical form of freedom and prosperity, and its production, creation, formation, and accumulation must be within the reach of every individual.
We are working and will continue to work to achieve this.
It doesn’t take a keen observer to realize that each of these pillars is precisely the area of action and control favored by both governments and other criminal or terrorist groups.
The prevailing trends in today’s world are precisely the restriction and control of these pillars, so that no individual can freely exercise them.
This puts our activities in the crosshairs of the enemies of freedom, of humanity, and of life in general—and there are many of them.
They make their plans public with utter brazenness and without any shame… and we do the same.
But we have several advantages over them:
And furthermore, we hope to count on you, and that you will work alongside us on one of these pillars from now on.
